sea anenomes

I just did a water change, and added Instant Ocean to my 29 gallon tank.  My sea anemone has closed up tight like a ball.  My Clowns are trying to get him to open.  What can I do?  Is he in shock or dead?

Anemones often close for various reasons. Did you adjust your water change water to the same temp, ph, and salinity as your tank water? If not, the anemone is a delicate creature and will react more strongly to even the slightest change in water parameters.
