QUESTION: Hi Paul, there are some dead rocks which I can get from the local market similar to those in my tank , can I add this kind of dead rocks with the existing setup? I've attached a photo to one kind of worms which came attched with my old live rocks , is it good or bad? Awaiting your advise.

Thanks and regards.

Answer
ha got the photo, that is a fire worm, looks like a monster too! they are not that bad as they do help with leftover food in the tank, if you find you have too many its can be a sign of overfeeding, its pretty simple to make a trap.

place some food in the bottom of a tallish glass and lean the glass up against a rock, the worms will be able to get in but not out.
just don't touch them as those little hair like spnes will stick in your skin, and beleive me they hurt, and are a total arse to get out.
