Beleived to be sick tomato clown fish

I have a large tomato clown fish, and all of a sudden the fish started swimming funny.  Vertically, upside down, just strangely.  What does this usually mean.

It means something is going on...Can you please let me know a little bit about your tank?  what size, what type of equipment you have, what are the peramters, How old is it, and what other fish and corals you might have...
