power outage

Can you give me some idea how long fish and coral can survive during a power outage?  Thank you

They will feel the affects after a hour or 2, but for death to occur the power would have to be out for 24 hours plus. if you have a full on reef with lots of livestock, it would be a good idea to invest in a small generator so you dont lose alot of fish/corals
