rotten eggs

how are you. my questionis i have had my 47 gal tank up and running for a while and just started to smell a rotten egg smell from my tank. my filters have recently been changed out,but i might be over feeding...im at a loss if you have a idea i would sure appeciate it. thanks richard

     Exactly how long has you tank been up and running? Rotten egg smell sounds like something dead, or dying. Have you checked your ammonia levels to see if the tank has cycled yet? Do you have live rock in the tank? What type of filtration do you have? What type of fish or other animals do you have in the tank?
