I picked up an ANEMONE and two tomato clowns that host with it it has been in my tank for 72 hours an it is verry deflated my nitrats were a little high and the amonia was a little over 0 so I did  partal water change and everty thing I where it should be. is this something I should worry about and if not how long will I take befor it perks up agin? and is there any thing Ican do to help it?

Answer
Hello Shane,

Anemones need a mature and stable tank to survive.  Also, make sure your inlet to the filter is well protected, so the anem does not get sucked into it.  (put a sponge cover over the inlet)

Also protect all powerheads and other suctions/pumps, cause it will get sucked in like jello in a blender, not a pretty sight

If you have ammonia, then your biological filter is out of whack.  you need to make sure your biilogical filter is stable and mature enough to hande the bio load.

Also, tomato clowns are a bit agressive, so if you have any other fish in that tank, they wll end up getting harassed to death, literally..

Good luck, and let us know how things work out for you..
