Set up Salt Water Tank

I have 110 gallon fresh water tank. I would like to set up as salt water tank. I understand that i have to buy new wet dry filter, skimmer, and a pump. beside these equipment do i need any other items such as power head, air bubble stones. Also let me know how much live rock i need.

I like to use about 1-2 pounds per gallon.  You could get away with 30 pounds of base rock, 40 pounds of Fiji live rock.  This should all be cured live rock. It is the best way to go.

Two 150 watt heaters
Two Power heads
Lighting should be around 3-5 watts per gallon
I like live sand about 40 pounds would do.
A uv light to kill bacteria  about 150 watts
marine master test kit
Hydrometer to measure salinity.
