QUESTION: hello, i have a full grown decorator crab, he has been acting weird lately and i want to know do adult crabs molt.

ANSWER: They do molt, Ben, but they also need water changes to do so.  Shrimp and crabs and starfish love when you do water changes.  He also requires meaty foods. :)

When a crab molts, he will stand still and he will (very fast) peel himself out of his skin, and then sometimes they clean it when done.

QUESTION: Hello, in my tank i have really bad lighting, i have 2 three inch screw in bulbs. i am thinking of get a better lighting system and a few easy corals. the lighting syststem i would get would be a marineland led double bright can this lighting suport corals. thanks

Hi Ben,

It depends on which marineland LED you are purchasing.  Send me a link to it, and I will let you know, but most of the LEDs sold, unless specified for marine coral support, do not support corals.  There are some very good LEDs on the market for corals, however.  So, to answer you properly, I'd have to see the make/model#. :)
