Question
hi had 4 clown fish and two died they are having white fungus  on them (skin) what do i do ??? and also juvenile angelfish is not eating what should i feed him pls help

Answer

Maracyn by the Mardel
Hi Andrew,

To treat your clown fish that have white fungus on them, first remove them from your resident tank to a separate well set up and acclimated aquarium for treatment, which is known as a hospital tank and/or sick tank.

Typically, to treat fish fungus, you would use Maracyn, Fungus Cure, or Methyl Blue, and Antibiotics for secondary infections; which can be found at your local pet fish store. Carefully follow all manufacturer instructions on the package to yield the best results.

Regarding your Juvenile Angelfish, their diet should include Spirulina, marine algae, high-quality angelfish preparations, mysis or frozen shrimp, and other meaty items.

I wish you luck with all your saltwater aquarium endeavors.

Regards,
Dave
