Powder blue tang

Hello,  I have an established 72gl. reef tank 2 1/2 yrs. Just added a powder blue tang. Of course he is not eating tried brine/mysis, flake. he is eating micro algae from the live rock is that enough for now till he acclimates.

Hey Mike,

He is a vegan... by nature... the brine and mysis will be digested, but that is not his food of choice...

Try Nori... seaweed... they sell it in the asian section of your local food mart...

Try to get the kind that is not 'flavored' or seasoned... they all have spice, and that is okay, but it the teriyaki and other flavors that arent good...

I wrap mine up like a cigarette and use a vegatable clip that i bought at the lfs...

They will tear into pretty good, and after a while will become hand feeding capable...
