unidentified mass

Hi David, i have a saltwater marine that is recently stocked with 1x maroon clown, 1x yellow belly, 1x domino and 1x white tail damsel fish. Sorry i have a 280ltr tank with 2kgs of live rock am currnetly going through an algae bloom and have noticed a 'spiders nest' type of mass growing on the rock and ornaments! i have tried to research but am unsure of  any answers found! Could you please help me with this problem, and maybe relay what i can do about it? The tank has been operating for only 6wks now with water changes every week!
