saltwater porcupine puffer fish

Question
I have a saltwater porcupine puffer fish. One eye became swollen and cloudy. I seperated it from the aquarium and treated it with "maracyn plus" for about two weeks. I changed the water daily using water from the main tank. The cloudiness went away and the eye is visible. But the swelling has not been reduced. The eye seems encased in a marble that protrudes out from the head. I have put it back into the main tank. He is eating well. What should I do about reducing the swelling?
