is my fish dying

Question
our fish always stays at the bottom of the tank he hasnt always been like this its only since we cleaned them out and dont no wheather he got hurt in the net..even when we feed him he trys to swim to the top but just sinks back down.
 so can u help us with our problem please.xx

The article refers to bettas but if you don't have a betta the problem and solutions are still the same. I hope he feels better soon.......
