29 gal setup

Question
I currently have :
1 zebra loach
1 burmese loach
2 kulli loaches
2 dwarf garamis
2 cherry barbs
I am interested in getting a school of fish... do I have enough room to do this and what would you sugg.  Do I have any more room after the school?  
Should I add snails to the tank?  i am not worried about over population because of the loaches.
Should I get any more loaches or bottom feeders?

hey christie,
i have two good school ideas:
1) silver dollars. I have about five and they never leave each other's sight. you could probably get four or five without a problem. obstacles in the tank such as rocks and plants sometimes separate them for a little while but they eventually find each other agian.

2) neons. the problem with these guys is that some times they don't stay together. I have gotten them in gorups of five and they would either stay together non stop or permanently scatter as soon as I put them into the tank. It's a bit of luck, but when they stay together it looks cool. you could probably get about seven of these guys.

I wouldn't add too many fish after the school, maybe two more fish, three tops. if you wanted to get loaches or bottom feeders you could.

if you wanted to add snails you could, that is your choice. I have these cute little spiral snails in my tank, and they don't personally bother me or the fish. I don't see the big deal about killing snails in the fishtank because in the wild there would be snails in their environment. If you wanted some you can get them.
