Are red cherry shrimp safe with kuli loaches?? Currently am receiving 20 cherrys, would like to add a couple of kuli's. Your thoughts. Thanks, Duane

Hi Duane,

It's possible that the Kuli Loaches will eat the shrimp, especially if the loaches are over 2" long. If they are small, they most likely won't, but as they grow bigger, there's always the possibility.

If you really want to keep the loaches and shrimp, then try planting some short plants or Java Moss to give the shrimp some cover.
