My tank keeps going cloudy i have no fish

Hi i'm in desperate need of help I bought a fish tank cleaned the gravel cleaned the filter and everything so i set it up and for the first day it was crystal clear but by the second it was going cloudy, I left this thinking it might clear up but a week later it was still cloudy so i thought i might not have cleaned it out properly so i cleaned it all out again and set it up again but as before it was clear for the first day and went cloudy again the next. I really need help because i do not want to buy fish until my tank is healthy and i don't know how to make it healthy when it just keeps going cloudy for seemingly no reason

Hi Jenny,
It may be dust particles from the gravel, sometimes you'll still get particles even after rinsing. And it often doesn't take much to cloud up your tank.

I'd change 50-75% of the water everyday and it must clear soon eventually.
