Answer
Hi Vianey;

It could be parasites or water quality problems. Look closely at each fish for tiny spots, blotches, or other physical symptoms. Before treating for any disease, check the water parameters to be sure all is okay. Water problem symptoms often look like disease symptoms.

Check the levels of ammonia (NH3) and nitrite (NO2) levels. If either one or both are elevated at all, make a series of 25% water changes until they are down and stay down. Even 25% daily is okay. New Tank Syndrome, overfeeding, overcrowding, too many new fish added at one time, and over-cleaning of the filter are all possibilities. Let me know more about your tanks and we can go from there. Here's what I need to know;

How long have the tanks been set up?
When were the filters last cleaned?
How many and how big are each of the fish?
When were the fish added? How many at a time?
What is the water temperature?
How often do you make water changes? How much at a time?

Let me know as soon as you can...
