hi matt,
there is lot of followup regarding my question. thats why i m starting a new question. my all fishes are scratching so i add 1 teaspoon of salt = 1 gallon of water and i repeat the dose after 12 hours till 36 hours. so today is 4th day of the treatment.now temperature is 31c which i maintain since 3 days, today i changed 50% water and add the same amount of salt pre dissolved.but my fishes are still scratching and running very fast up and down.so how many days i partial changed water daily and how many days this treatment prolong?help me. regards

Hi agian Shahzad,
It is 1 tablespoon of salt for every 5 gallons of aquarium water.  And you do NOT add more salt after that.  You only ADD salt if you remove salt.  If you remove 10gallons of water for a water change, you re-add in 2 tablespoons of salt.  If you dont do any water changes, you dont add any more salt.  

31C is a good temperature to kill ich.  
If the heat and salt method does not work, then you have to use medications.  Try to find Quick Cure in your area.  It is a popular and cheap medication.  It can be found at Walmart too if you have that store in your area.  You dont have to remove the salt before adding the medication.  Both heat and salt and medications can go as one treatment.
