Red belly piranhas will grow to about 12 inches. I would recommend for 2 nothing less then a 75 gallon tank. Of course you could start out a bit smaller, and then just keep upgrading the tank as they grow, but I believe you're better off starting out with the proper tank size so they can grow appropriately, not to mention that's probably a lot cheaper and less of a hassle in the long run. Did a quick search on them, and most sites are recommending nothing less then 100 gallons for them. Also, I'm not seeing it anywhere, but I do believe they are a schooling fish, so it might be best to up the amount from 2 to at least 3-5 of them. Here's some links to read over:
