Little White Worms

Question
Okay... So last night I saw these little white worms in my tank and i looked it up on google and they said it was plantarian or whatever they are called and how to treat them... i had WAY to much rock in there so i took over half of the rocks out and did a 25% water change like i do every week... but i'm still seeing them everywhere... i was just wondering should i clean the tank everyday like the site said i should until they are gone and since my fish is currently pregnant ( a molly ) which is a livebearer so i dont have to worry about them eating the eggs, but do they go away if i keep cleaning it everyday and is it bad for the fish to clean it that much.... i just have a phobia of worms and it makes me sick just thinking of them in the tank????

Answer
You need to really stop over-feeding.  Planaria are almost always caused by over-feeding the fish.  here is an article i found that can help, as I have never dealt with them myself.  I know they are creepy crawly, so I don't envy you!!
