Not sure what kind of catfish I have and if it is pregnant

I have a black and white catfish its color is marble and about 3in long. The bottom is pearl white and fat. what kind of catfish is it and could it be preg. Are they eggs or live? I only have one like it.

All catfish lay eggs so if there is no male and you happen to have a female, there won't be any babies. The eggs will be re-absorbed and life goes on for little Miss Catfish.
