read after you take care of the tank problem

How do we save our freshwater fish if we acccidentilly put chlorine in the tank.Please e-mai9l awnser A.S.A.P!!!!thanks

take the fish out asap. put them in anything, drinking cups, glad containers, whatever. add drops of water conditioner into the cups that gets rid of chlorine. do a water change, and then put in drops of water conditioner into the tank. let it sit for about twenty minutes and then add the fish into the tank

i didnt want to waste any time trying to be polite when your fishes lives could be on the line. just wanted to tell you incase i was rude or anything. you probably figured that, but you'd be surprised with some people. =]
i hope every thing goes great and you dont loose any fish.
lol, how did chlorine get into the tank? crazy things happen, especially accidents. I have indeed had my fair share. lol
