Answer
Hey Zulki

Your tank is really overstocked.  I would choose either tropical or coldwater.

If you choose coldwater, get rid of all your goldfish but keep one, that is all you will get in a 23 gallon.

If you choose tropical, you will have to get rid of all the goldfish as they are incompatible with your tropical fish.

Your shark choices are very territorial and it won't be long before there are deaths.  I would get rid of them all apart from one and just keep the black coloured shark or otherwise known as red-tailed black shark.

Q1.  No they are in compatible.
Q2. Get rid of the goldfish as they are coldwater not tropical.
Q3. What you are feeding is fine.
Q4. Once-twice a day just a pinch of what they can eat in under 3 minutes.
Q5. No just keep up your water changes.
Q6. No, it was way too hot for them.
Q7. Pellets for your sharks or flakes for you goldfish.
Q8. The other sharks are attacking it as they are territorial!
Q9. Albino rainbow shark.  territorial aswell!

Sorry i have been a bit harsh but you rushed into getting fish before researching them.  Please try and re-home your fish or split the sharks up and I will be glad to help you start again :)

Hope all this helps and Good Luck        Jack
