Just wondering what kind of fish get along with male bettas? I have a 30 gallon tank with one male betta and four algae eaters - I'd like to get a few more fish - and want a peaceful environment!

You want to make sure not to get anything that is a fin nipper.
Good choices would be.........

Neons
Guppies
Red Eyes
Small Danios

REAL BAD CHOICES.........
Cichlids of any kind
Tiger Barbs (look innocent, are anything but)
