How to disinfect Betta Tank?

Hi quick question.  We have a 5 gallon tank to use for a Betta Fish. It used to be used for a Tiger Fish.  Which we just recently set up and our Betta died of a fungus.  Before getting another Betta I would like to disinfect the tank really well.  What should I use??

You can use a mild bleach water mix, just rinse it well.  Then rinse it again, and be sure to use a dechlorinator when you fill up the tank, because bleach is just a milder form of chlorine.  So, the dechlorinator should take care of it.
