Hard alkaline water

Question
Ok, so I tested my water's pH and it is as high as the chart goes, so I bought this tetra correct pH 7.0. So I put it in there and it worked at lowering the water's pH, but then I checked it again today and it shot back up to 7.6 again. What can I buy to keep my pH at 7.0?If so where can I buy it?I also bought this tetra water conditioner, is that supposed to help with the pH or just neutralize chlorine?Should I use a water softener?I haven't bought a Betta yet but it's frustrating buying products that don't work consistently.I appreciate you answering my question, thanks

Answer
Hi Alonso!

Well if you want to neutralize chlorine/heavy metal(s) in the water, than almost every brand (ESPECIALLY API and Tetra) will work. If you want to lower/lock the pH levels than try the API Ammo-Lock. It can set a "lock" on the pH levels. You can purchase this @ your locel petshop (Petsmart for EX).
Hope this helps! xD
