Hi Amar.  You can try websites like www.drsfostersmith.com ; www.petco.com ; www.petsmart.com  I don't know if these places ship to you, but you can check.  It's actually not a big deal Amar. If you cannot get it, just do what you've been doing, and do a couple of water changes of like 10-15% 2-3 times a week.  This will help keep the nitrites and nitrates down. After you finish getting the tank together, the problems should resolve itself anyway.
