New Blackfin Shark wont eat

my new blackfin shark wont eat after two days.  He's in a tank with 4 goldfish, does that have something to do with it?  And the water is room temperature, does  the water need to be a certain temperature. If so  please recommend a water heater or warmer and a recommended temperature?

What size is your tank and how big are the goldfish?

He could be very stressed out due to the fact that he's in the tank with goldfish....goldfish produce large amounts of ammonia, 5x more than any other fish. This makes stress level's raise greatly and could be the reason you shark does not want to eat.


I would recommend a heater, the Marineland Submersible Heater and somewhere between 76-82 degrees.
