Blackmoor diesease

Hi, I have 2, 2.5 inches blackmoor today i noticed that my twotail (blackmoor) has cloudy eyes, not very cloudy but little. He has no clamped fins and i am really worried. If it is a diesease please mention how to cure it. I really desperatly need help and i want my twotail to be cured.

PS: Only my twotail has this, please mention what kind of diesease is this, is it a fungus or bacterial infection. PLease help.

I would medicate him with general cure to help him clear up his eyes.  Make sure the tank is clean and have the water tested.  It is probably a bacterial infection.... or it may be a water chemistry issue issue.  Do a partial water change and treat him with general cure... dave
