dying frogs

Hey!Me again! If i put some guppies in a pond would they survive?
and i have a 5 gal tank with a kuhli loach,cory dora, and african dwarf frogs. but my frogs keep dying about a week apart. Any ideas? they water is fine. Ive already checked. I dont know what it is. They've been fine up until now. Help!

Are they being fed daily and if so, what are they being fed?  If they aren't being fed frozen live worms, then they may not survive.  They may die of starvation.  Frogs need live foods, but I will wait on your answer.
