Please help, I've searched, I tried typing the link into 2 different browsers. I asked my 16 year old son for help, I didn't work for him. I really was excited to see the answer to my question. Not sure what happened, but I did not send a link. Did you get the response I left you? Maybe all experts was kinda off kilter for a bit. Here is what I wrote to you.

This first thing to remember is that the tank is a fresh water tank. Doubling up on the salt is not a good thing. The ratio is 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of water going in. 1 cup is too much and I believe the pleco is suffering from that. I would put him in the hospital tank for now with no salt. Make sure the tank is cycled. I also do not see any gravel in the tank. If there is some good if not there should be. That is where the beneficial bacteria is that the fish need to help stay healthy. If your heater is on, I would lower it to 78 degrees. That way, it won't kick on unless the temp drops. Keep the tank water clean and make sure you are doing 25% water changes weekly. Let me know how the pleco is doing after he has been moved to the other tank.
