my 10 gal aquarium

I have a 10 gallon aq. w/ 2 small Goldfish and I have a Penguin 125 filter hanging on the back and an u/g filter along with a bubble wand inside with air bubbles. Tell me how many times per day to feed them if I am not home from 2pm until midnight everyday?  What times are good and what foods will enhance color?  Thanks for your answer.

Hi Sergio,

 All figh should be fed once in the morning and once at night, but in your case you should feed them in the morning and at 2:oo pm before you go out.You can also buy color enchanting fish food from a local pet store but commercial balanced fish foods will do the trick.THANKS!
