my new goldfish Marino who i got 2 days ago wont eat hardly anything. he acts healthy though. i am feeding him tetrafin goldfish crips. when i feed him he never goes to the top he either eats it while its floating to the bottom or he eats it on the gravel. when he does eat he only eats one or two flakes and leaves the rest. should i be concerned? please help me out here.

What size tank is he in?
Did you use a water conditioner?
What is the water temperature?
How big is Marino?
It's possible he still isn't used to his new home. Be sure to remove excess food if he doesn't eat it in 5 minutes. It can rot very quickly and make him sick.

he is in a smaller tank, i didn't use conditioner, the temp. is around 70 degrees, he is around 1/2 inches to 2 inches.

You should always use a water conditioner to neutralize chemicals from your tap water and help the fish with stress.
