Upside down floating goldfish

Hi, my gold fish seems to be floating upside down on his tummy at the top of the tank. i changed the water a week ago and feed them every second day. every now and then he trys to swim to the bottom but just floats back to the top like eh's given up! help!

 Unfortunately that is very bad.  It sounds like he has lost control of his swim bladder and once that happens, they never recover in my experience.  Sorry.
