two oscars

allright i have two oscars one tiger and one blue barry and the tiger has a weird looking white stuff on him it kinda looks like air is under his scales and i dont know what to give him cuz i also have a freshwater snoflake eel in there as well and i dont know what not to put in the water

Hi Michael,
 Hmm..  does it look like little white dots on his scales?  If so, that is a disease called ick and you need to treat him with a product like Rid-Ich.  If it is actually under his scales, that is something completely different.  You might strongly consider isolating that fish and treating it in another tank before your other fish get sick as well.
