Beta not eating or pooping !

Gulpy is not eating or pooping. I change the water at least once a week, use drops for the water. Noticed last week that he wasn't going after his food. This week worse and this whole week noticed no poop in the water. Thought it was because he wasn't eating but I read something you wrote about contstipation. What do I do? I haven't noticed anything such as growths, spots, etc. He is twitching and swimming kind of jerky, also. It will be one year that we have had him in December if we make it that long. Everything seemed fine until now.  Help please, Pam

Hi Pam;

He may be constipated. Since he isn't eating I would try the epsom salt treatment. Here is a link to an article with info about it;
