Internal Parasites

I have had internal parasite for several months and have tried everything what do I do?   I have 7 gold fish a few mollys, snail, dwarf frogs.  Many of my snails and fish have died.  I change my water depending on what the treatment told me to do.  I have tried everything.  HELP!!!  (For the most part my water levels are great)

I really need more info to be able to help you. Such as;

What have been the symptoms of the sick fish?
What medicines have you tried so far and for how long?
What size tank do you have?
How big are the fish?
What kind of filtration?
What is the tank water temperature?
Does it have a heater?
How often do you usually made water changes in the tank, before and after they got sick?
How much water do you change each time?
I know you mentioned your water levels have been great, but what are the actual readings of pH, nitrite, ammonia and nitrate?
