somthing on my coys eye

i dont know whats rong with it i noticed it this morning, i got a coy (i think its a coy, its a fish that has a big tail and it has big bubble eyes its hard)i put him if a fish bowl and i say this morning that he had like this i dont know what it is but it looks like this gell thing it makes his eye look pointy and i dont know what to do it is a 1 gallon fish bowl and hes going into a 15 gallon on tuesday i changed his water i put him in a cup to put him in another bowl i may have got his eye, did i hurt him?whats rong?, please e-mail me back

Hi Austin,
 I think you mean a "koi"?   Koi are large relatives of goldfish.  It more likely is a goldfish if it has bubble eyes.

 If your fish has a white patch on its eye that sounds like it had a little damage.  The good news is that damage of that sort usually heals on its own within a couple of weeks.

 You definitely want to put him in something larger than a 1 gallon tank.
