Besides Peace Lily Plants, what other plants can I use for my Betta Vase??

Hi Harriet,
 First, you should strongly consider getting a proper aquarium for your betta.  Living in a vase is not a great life for a betta.  

 As far as the plants go, you can put pretty much any kind of aquatic plant in a betta tank.
