what kind of fish and how many

I recently purchased a marineland hex 7 and was wondering what type of fish you would recommend and also how many you think I should start with as well as how many you think that type of tank can support.  thanks.

  That's really impossible for me to say... there are literally hundreds of wonderful fish that you could keep.
You might strongly consider a pair of Bolivian ram cichlids.
