New beta fish

Hi, I just got a Beta Fish today at Petsmart and he's been acting kinda strange since i put him in his new home. He just stays at the top of the tank and looks kinda droopy. I can't tell if he's in shock or something. He moves when i touch the tank but stops after awhile. I'm kinda worried.

Hi Lauren,
  That is often what betta fish do.  They don't typically swim around alot. He will likely swim more when he gets used to the new tank.
