wont eat.

Question
I just got my beta fish 3 days ago and i havn't notiest that it has been eating. I can't keep an eye on it all day because i got the fish as a christmas presant and if my sister see's me playing with it the secret it out.  

I also don't know if the bowl is making him sick.
we didn't buy a bowl that was in the fish section,(because we didn't like any of those.) So we bought a candle holder in the shape of a wine glass that stand up about 18 in off the ground. The top part where we have the fish is about 6 inches wide and about 6 1/2 inches tall.

Hi Savanna,
 A fish should really be in a fish tank, not a bowl or a candle holder. A fish tank needs a heater and a filter in it to keep the fish happy and healthy.
