breeding oscars

i have a breeding pair of tiger oscars one albino an one black they have laid eggs every 2 weeks for 8 weeks everytime the grow mold an stay white ive seen the male fertilize them what could be the problem?

Hi Joe,
 How do you know that the 'male' is in fact a male?   Often two females will get together and lay eggs. Naturally the eggs won't be fertilized and so they turn white and eventually die.
