fish fin

Question
Just noticed dalmation mollie has lost tail fin and is standing on its nose. Don't know what happened to it or what to do for it. I have a 125 gal.freshwater aquarium.

Well, I really hate saying this, but my best guess is swimbladder problems, which are nearly always fatal.
There is no cure, just keep his tank clean, the ammonia and nitrite 0.0, and feed him shelled and boiled peas as well as bloodworms and brineshrimp.
Just keep him happy and hope for the best.
I truly hate not being able to prescribe something.
