white fluffy stuff

Question
I have white fluffy stuff floating around my tank ,
I have done a 100% water change,cleaned all decor and rocks,
And still it comes back..... Idk what to do... I have gone
Two diff Oscars have gone from doin good to dead
In just under a day wit no warning...I have hard water and a high KH
So Idk if that has something to do wit it and if so how do I fix it?

Please help! I hate seeing my fish die!!!

Hi AJ,
 Hmm... that is peculiar.  I am not quite sure what you mean by "white fluffy stuff".  Basically something like that either has to come from the water, or it comes in from the air above.  Can you describe it in more detail please.  Also, when you say that it 'comes back', do you mean in a day or in a week or in a month?
