QuestionI was speaking with someone today that breeds Tetras, and she informed me that my Glowlight Tetra is either sick or is pregnant. Whenever I feed them, it is the one that eats the most (which leads me to believe she is pregnant) but is there a way to tell for sure? Or should I just wait?
AnswerHi Katelyn;
Tetras lay eggs so unless there is a male in the tank she can't breed. The eggs are simply absorbed back into the body eventually. Or, you have a very gluttonous male! Either way, it really isn't a problem. Here is more info on breeding glowlight tetras if you want to know;
