My gourami isnt eating?

I recently bought two blue gouramis from PetSmart. One is fine but the other hasn't eaten once since I bought him. His fins are also torn. What's wrong with him??

Hi Mallory,
 It sounds like the one gourami is attacking the other one (the one that isn't eating and has torn fins).  
  Consider adding more plants (real or plastic) to divide up the space in the tank and help the weaker fish hide a little from the more aggressive one.
