figure 8 pufferfish

i also have 19 guppies, a common goldfish,an algae eater and zebra danio. in a 29 gallon aquarium and i was wondering if i could throw in a figure eight puffer fish with them?

I'm sorry to have to tell you that your tank is overstocked, and adding another fish would not be a good idea.  You have 15 fish too many in your tank!   Pufferfish grow to 7 inches!  Pufferfish can be very aggressive towards each other, and in a 29 gallon tank, it just wouldn't be the right atmosphere for them.  Also, I would like to add, that pufferfish live in warmer waters than a goldfish, and should be in 78 degree water.  
You will encounter problems if you don't do something about the fish that are already in your tank.  Maybe your pet shop manager would take some back, and give you a credit.  Fish need space to swim, and be happy, right now, they are out of space, and not happy campers!!
