sick firemouth fish

i had this firemouth fish for 7 years, healthy the whole time but about two weeks ago it started blowing up like a balloon,starting to look like a blowfish, I need some advice on what this might be.thank you

Hi Steven,
 We call that condition "bloat".  The trouble with bloat is that it is just a description of the symptoms not an actual disease.  Various things could cause bloat. The most likely problem is some sort of intestinal infection, but sadly these sorts of things can be very difficult if not impossible to successfully treat.
