Question
Renee!
I got aquarium salt and blood worms! I also got a female fancy guppy! Now I really importantly need to know how much aquarium salt I should put in the tank. I don't want the newcomer fancy guppy to die and I want to save the rest of them too, so I need a safe amount. For both Mollies and the rest. I have to try this so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE email soon!

Answer
Well, I'm going to revise my original advice about how much salt, because there are freshwater fish in the aquarium alongside the mollies. Your tank is 8 gallons?  Then I advise dissolving 8 teaspoons (that's the little spoon, not the large one and measure it straight across the top, please) of salt.

When you do water changes, if you take out a gallon, put in a new teaspoon of salt, but if the water has only evaporated, just add water.

I am so excited for you getting the good stuff.
